Leighann Eason, DNP, FNP-BC
Our anchor provider to the MNS community is Leighann Eason, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in advanced primary and urgent care. Leighann, who earned her Master of Nursing and Doctorate of Nursing Practice at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, brings a wealth of experience in delivering a broad scope of primary care services including preventive care, chronic disease management, pediatric care, women’s health, sports physicals, urgent care, and more.
A proud Wisconsin native deeply connected to the community, Leighann is active in her church and contributes her time to organizations such as the Ronald McDonald House, St. Mary’s Adult Day Care, and Boys and Girls Club. Leighann enjoys teaching dancing, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and French bulldogs!
