  • Mark Liu, MD

    Before joining Solidaritus, I was the Chief Medical Officer of a Native American medical center in Northern California. Previously, I served in both the U.S. Navy and Air Force for over 22 years, attaining the rank of Colonel. I served two tours in the Gulf. As a Naval medical officer, I worked onboard the USS Bridge, and I was a full-scope family physician at the US Naval Hospital in Okinawa, Japan. While in the Air Force, I served as Chief of Professional Services and was promoted to Chief of Aerospace Medicine/Vice Commander with the 154th Medical Group as the Chief Senior Flight Surgeon.

    I have also served for over 23 years in the Federal service. I am honored to be a Fellow of the Academy of Family Physicians. I have had the fortune of holding clinical assistant professorships with seven medical colleges. I am inspired and amazed by Solidaritus’ effort to redefine and perfect how primary care is delivered. I am looking forward to partnering with my patients in their journey towards health and happiness. Fun fact, when I’m not improving the wellbeing of patients, you might find me entertaining a crowd at a Karaoke venue.

    Huma Kahn, MD

    I was born and raised in Dubai, where I earned my medical degree from Dubai Medical College. After moving to the United States, I completed my Family Medicine residency at Mercy Health in Illinois. I later practiced in Pennsylvania, gaining experience in both inpatient and outpatient care. These opportunities deepened my appreciation for continuity of care, which I find to be the most rewarding part of practicing medicine. I am passionate about building lasting relationships with my patients, providing comprehensive care, and serving as a trusted advocate within the healthcare system.

    I am especially excited to practice concierge medicine, as it allows me to dedicate more time to listening, understanding, and responding to each patient’s unique needs—helping them feel fully supported throughout their health journey.

    Now settled in Sacramento, I look forward to discovering more of California with my husband and our two boys. As a family, we enjoy exploring parks, visiting zoos, going to the movies, and trying local restaurants. I also love traveling, preparing healthy meals, expressing my creativity through henna design, and unwinding with a good show. These interests reflect my passion for wellness both at home and in my practice.
