Christy Chang, DNP, FNP
I have diverse experience with pediatric and adult patients in family medicine, urgent care, and allergy care settings. I began my career as a nurse, and while it was very fulfilling, I always knew I wanted to do more for patients. As a result, I pursed becoming a nurse practitioner.
I love being a family practice nurse practitioner with Solidaritus. I practice with compassion, empathy, and kindness. I believe in working with my patients, to achieve the outcome they want. It is a privilege to be a part of their journey to better their health.
I was born and raised here in Sheboygan. I am a mother to 3 beautiful children and 5 cats. I also love to bake!

Tamara McMillan, PA
I was born and raised in a small ranching town in Wyoming, and I attended the University of Wyoming for my undergraduate studies in Mathematics and Science. After my Bachelor’s was complete, I moved to Phoenix and joined the Army as a Logistics Officer. I applied to the Interservice Physician Assistant Program (sponsored by the Army) and was accepted at Fort Sam in Houston, Texas. After completion of my Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies, I was stationed in Fort Campbell in Kentucky with the 101st Airborne Division. After 10 years of active duty service, I retired from the Army and decided to move to the peaceful community of Sheboygan. For the last year, I have been working at Aurora Medical Center with the Internal Medicine Department. Now, I’m joining the Solidaritus Team.
I believe wholeheartedly in patient autonomy and helping patients understand their medical care so they can make the best personal decision about their health. As a primary care provider, I feel it is my job to make sure my patients are treated optimally for their disease with not just pharmaceutical intervention, but also vitamin optimization and lifestyle modifications. As a new member of the Sheboygan community, I look forward to cultivating close relationships with my patients, and in turn making this wonderful community healthier one patient at a time.
In my spare time I enjoy kayaking, spending time at the beach, cooking, gardening, and exercising.

Brad Wiegand, D.C., M.S.
Brad was born and raised in Bellingham, WA, a town two hours north of Seattle—a city he cheers for as a dedicated Seahawks fan. Pursuing his passion for chiropractic care, Brad attended the University of Western States in Portland, OR. It was there that he met his future wife, Rachel. After completing their studies in 2012, the couple moved to Sheboygan, where Brad has dedicated himself to enhancing the health and well-being of the community through expert chiropractic care.
Brad and his wife are proud parents to two daughters, Lily and Poppy. Most of their time is devoted to running the girls to various extracurricular activities, including hockey, soccer, swimming, and tennis. Brad enjoys playing softball in the summer and seizing every opportunity to ski during the winter months.
