Your Solidaritus Health Services as an OASD Benefit
Solidaritus is an onsite Health Center located at OHS East Campus (Door Number 5). Enjoy unlimited access to Dr. Sarada Abraham in person and via telemedicine for your primary and urgent care needs.
Available to HSA Plan Participants and dependents, at a low to no cost!
Pricing for Solidaritus Health – HSA Plan Participants
- $0 cost for preventive services (annual exams, well woman visits, biometric tests, vaccines, well child visits and sports/school physicals).
- $20 co-pay for non-preventive care (illnesses and injuries). Federal regulations require this copay for high-deductible health plans with HSA funding.

When Can I Use a Solidaritus Health Center?
If you’re enrolled in the Oconomowoc Area School District’s HSA plan, you and your dependents have full access to the Solidaritus Health Care Center. You’ll be pleasantly surprised by how often you can use this benefit and the wide range of services available. While you don’t have to say goodbye to your primary care physician, we’d love for you to choose us for your care!
Getting care from a Solidaritus Health Care Center does not prevent you from continuing to go to any of your other providers; instead it is an additional benefit for you and your family to receive quality primary and urgent care.
Whether it’s a quick check-up, dropping in for lab work, or a concern that pops up after hours, Solidaritus is here for you—with low out-of-pocket costs for office visits and no surprise bills.

Your Solidaritus provider supports a wide range of minor injuries that need immediate care but aren’t life-threatening, such as:
- Sprains
- Minor burns
- Small cuts needing stitches
- Head bumps without loss of consciousness
- Eye irritation or minor eye injury

Sudden illnesses that are non-life-threatening can be treated at same- or next-day urgent care appointments. Whether it’s a sore throat, a fever, or something that just doesn’t feel right, you’ll get fast access to your personal Solidaritus provider to treat common illnesses, such as:
- Cold, flu, or COVID symptoms (cough, sore throat, fever)
- Nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea
- Sinus infections or ear infections
- Allergic reactions (mild to moderate)
- Urinary tract infections (UTIs)

You can schedule an appointment for all your primary care and overall health needs to understand your health status and detect potential medical problems before they get worse. Your Solidaritus provider will help you manage long-term conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, asthma/ COPD, or depression and anxiety. If necessary, you will get referrals to quality specialists, such as cardiologists or endocrinologists.
Sports physicals ensure young athletes are healthy enough to participate safely, identify potential medical concerns early, and promote overall well-being and injury prevention. Appointments can be made online by scanning the QR code, or by calling the health care center at 414.348.8970.

You don’t always need an in-person visit. With Solidaritus, you can schedule a telehealth visit by calling the health center at 414.348.8970 during health center hours.
If your virtual appointment is a phone consult, Dr. Abraham will give you a call at your scheduled appointment time. Phone consults are a great option for a post-visit follow up to check in on progress and get additional questions answered.
If your virtual appointment is a secure video appointment, you will receive a secure link to from Solidaritus after scheduling your appointment with the health center over the phone. If you can no longer make it and need to reschedule, no worries. Just give the health care center a call to rebook!

When it’s after-hours and you have an urgent care need
For urgent, non-emergency medical needs outside of regular hours, established patients can reach their provider by phone or through the patient portal. After-hours medical urgent calls are answered by a Solidaritus doctor or returned as quickly as possible, generally within less than 4 hours. Messages sent through the patient portal receive a response the next business day. In the event of an emergency, dial 911.
