Dr. Jodi Ritsch has deep roots in the Chippewa Valley.  She grew up in Eau Claire and has practiced family medicine here at Mayo Clinic and in private practice.

“I am excited to join SolidaritUS and use my 22 years of experience to bring direct primary care to even more people in the Chippewa Valley. This is truly the way to transform health and healthcare,” says Dr. Ritsch.

“Health is different for each person. I enjoy providing relationship-based care where I have time to listen and empower each of my patients to find joy and live life to the fullest.

“SolidaritUS Health gives me the flexibility and support that is essential for delivering that kind of care to my patients.”

    Stephanie Sworski, MD

The Chippewa Valley has been my home for over 25 years. The practice of medicine has been a big part of my life here. When asked what I enjoy most about my career, it is having relationships with my patients and partnering with them on their health journey.

SolidaritUS understands there are many things that influence our health. We can’t rely solely on tests and medications. It is important that we nourish our bodies and our minds. That means addressing many things including nutrition, sleep, exercise and stress management. It is my hope that partnering with you on your health journey means addressing that connection between mind, body and spirit. SolidaritUS is a place where I am given the time and resources it takes to do this. It is exciting to be a part of this community.

When I am not in the clinic, I enjoy spending time with my husband and 4 children. We love traveling and spending time outdoors. We are fortunate to live in an area of natural beauty. Our newest adventure is starting a small farm where we are growing lavender. It allows me to connect with the earth and encourages my creativity.
