Brianne Ingersoll-Konkel, MA
As a sixth-generation resident of the Oconomowoc area, my roots run deep in this community. My family farm has stood just outside of town since 1849, and today I live in the same home where both my father and I grew up. My husband and I are now raising our 10-year-old daughter surrounded by generations of tradition, connection, and community.
My journey into healthcare began in the admitting department of a local ER, where I discovered just how powerful kindness and calm can be in moments of crisis. Inspired to do more, I applied for and received a scholarship for medical assistant schooling. I pursued medical assistant training at Herzing University, graduating with honors and earning a place on the President’s List. That experience – and the scholarship that helped make it possible – shaped not just my skills, but my calling.
Now stepping into my new role as a Medical Assistant for Solidaritus, l’m excited to bring both clinical training and heartfelt dedication to those I serve. Whether at work or at home, I believe in showing up fully, listening closely, and tending to the wellbeing of those around me – just as generations before me have done.
