Regardless of the health plan you selected during open enrollment, preventive care provided by Solidaritus is 100% free for you! Below, you can access the cost of using Solidaritus as an in-network provider for other reasons, including injury and illness, as well as diagnostic testing.
HRA Plan Participants
- $0 cost for all Solidaritus services
HSA Plan Participants
- $0 cost for preventive services (annual exams, well woman visits, biometric tests, vaccines, well child visits and sports/school physicals
- $20 co-pay for non-preventive care (illnesses and injuries)
