Solidaritus Health’s personal physicians provide a broad scope of primary care appropriate to each patient. Your doctor will take the time during your visit to listen to your health concerns and can provide these services, as appropriate:
• Preventive, illness, and urgent care (zero to minimal wait times!)
• Chronic disease prevention and management
• Healthy lifestyle and risk-reduction coaching
• Onsite labs, vaccinations, and medications dispensed in-clinic

• A range of in-health-center treatments and procedures
• Telehealth: care from anywhere

No, there is no limit on how much you can access appropriate care from your Solidaritus doctor. Your personal doctor will provide all the clinically appropriate primary care services you need. We encourage our members to use Solidaritus Health regularly.

Urgent care is defined as a medical issue (illness or injury) that demands prompt attention but there is no immediate risk or danger to life requiring emergency services.
When you or a family member has an urgent medical issue that cannot wait until the next business day, your Solidaritus doctor can respond to your urgent care needs quickly at no out-of-pocket cost to you.
• If you aren’t sure whether a condition or symptom needs urgent care, you don’t have to guess. Contact your personal Solidaritus doctor!
• If you aren’t sure if you or a family member should go to the emergency room, contact your personal Solidaritus doctor first! Your doctor can help you make an informed decision.

During Health Center operating hours:
Call your Solidaritus Health Center. The receptionist will schedule a visit, a telephone consult, or secure online video conference with your personal doctor for you on the same or next business day.
Outside Health Center operating hours:
After hours urgent care needs are addressed using our easily-accessible telehealth options. Contact your doctor by phone, text, or patient portal.
By phone: If your doctor does not pick up your call right away, leave a message describing the urgent reason for your call. Your doctor will return your call as soon as possible, but within no more than 4 hours.
By text: Your doctor will normally respond within 4 hours, although texts sent during sleeping hours may not be answered until the next morning.
By patient portal: Your doctor will respond within 24 hours.

If you or a family member has an injury or sudden illness that threatens loss of life, call 911 immediately. Then call your personal Solidaritus Health doctor.

If you need to be referred to a specialist, your Solidaritus provider can help. Solidaritus providers can submit referrals to a specialist within your benefits network and can follow up with your care after your visit to the specialist.
