Right This Way for Affordable Full-Coverage Care
Have rising premiums put healthcare out of reach? Are you avoiding basic care because it simply costs too much? If so, you’re not alone. And you’re not without options. A Solidaritus Direct Primary Care (DPC) membership covers most of the care you need.
Pairing Solidaritus DPC with supplemental coverage like catastrophic insurance, or a high-deductible plan through your employer, is a smart way to get your basic needs met in a more affordable way. Even without supplemental coverage, a DPC membership can help you meet important and foundational health needs.
*Solidaritus does not endorse or recommend any specific supplemental insurance or health sharing product.

“I never felt so comfortable at a doctor’s appointment. When I left I felt great because I understood everything that was said to me. I felt like the doctor heard me and explained everything very well. It didn’t feel like I was at the doctor’s office. I love this place.” – L.D., Rocklin Patient
Frequently Asked Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I still need insurance?
Do I still need insurance?
Yes. Solidaritus is not insurance. While your membership covers most routine and primary care needs, you should still carry catastrophic insurance or a health-share plan for emergencies, hospital care, and specialist services. Many members use this combination to keep healthcare affordable while staying protected against major medical expenses.
Solidaritus physicians provide care to our enrolled members, whether or not they have insurance coverage. Because we don’t bill insurance, ever, our members don’t need to have insurance coverage to access personalized care from a Solidaritus physician.
What's included in my monthly fee?
What's included in my monthly fee?
Your monthly Solidaritus membership includes unlimited access to your primary care team and a wide range of services — with no co-pays and no surprise bills.
Most memberships include:
- Unlimited primary care visits with extended appointment times (typically 30–60 minutes)
- Same-day or next-day appointments when you’re sick or need care
- 24/7 access to your care team for urgent needs
- Preventive care and wellness visits
- Urgent care for common illnesses and minor injuries
- Many in-office procedures (such as stitches, joint injections, biopsies, women’s health services, and sports or school physicals)
- On-site lab services for many routine tests
- Many commonly prescribed medications available on-site at no additional cost
- Care coordination and referrals when specialty care is needed
Your membership is designed to cover most of the healthcare an average person uses in a year — all for one predictable monthly fee.
Services that require hospitalization, emergency care, advanced imaging, or specialty care are not included and should be covered by catastrophic health insurance or a health-sharing plan.
What conditions do your doctors treat?
What conditions do your doctors treat?
Solidaritus doctors provide comprehensive primary care for adults and children and manage the vast majority of healthcare needs most people experience.
Common conditions and services include:
- Preventive care and wellness (annual physicals, women’s health exams, pediatric care, vaccinations, health screenings)
- Acute illnesses and minor injuries (colds, flu, infections, allergies, asthma flare-ups, minor cuts and burns, sprains)
- Chronic condition management (diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, thyroid conditions, weight management, arthritis)
- Women’s and men’s health (well-woman exams, contraception counseling, hormone management, prostate health)
- Mental and behavioral health support (stress, anxiety, depression, sleep concerns)
- Skin conditions and minor procedures (rashes, moles, biopsies, wound care)
- Musculoskeletal concerns (joint pain, back pain, sports injuries, injections)
- Pediatric care (vaccines, school and sports physicals, routine illnesses, developmental guidance)
If a condition requires specialized care, advanced imaging, or hospitalization, your Solidaritus doctor will coordinate referrals and help you navigate the next steps.
In short: if it’s something you’d normally see a primary care doctor for — and often much more — we can usually take care of it.
What if I need tests or a specialist?
What if I need tests or a specialist?
Many routine lab tests can be done right in our health centers, often during your visit. Your doctor will review results with you and adjust your care plan as needed.
If you need advanced testing (such as imaging or specialized labs) or care from a specialist, your Solidaritus doctor will coordinate referrals and help guide you through the next steps. We work with you to select appropriate providers, share medical records, and ensure continuity of care.
Specialty care, imaging, and hospital services are not included in your membership and are typically covered by health insurance or a health-sharing plan.
Your primary care team remains your advocate and point of contact throughout your care.
What about after-hours issues?
What about after-hours issues?
Solidaritus members have access to their care team 24/7 for urgent medical needs.
If something comes up after hours, you can contact us by calling your local health center and using the after-hours prompts. The call will ring through to your personal physician’s phone. Many concerns can be safely addressed by a HIPAA-compliant phone or video call, and your physician can help determine whether you need to be seen in person, wait until the health center opens, or seek emergency care.
This access often helps members avoid unnecessary urgent care or emergency room visits while still ensuring you get the right level of care at the right time.
If you are experiencing a true medical emergency, always call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
